Acty (アクティ) and Avanti (アバンティ), also known as Blacky and Bluey, are Whity's brothers.
Description[]
Like Whity, Acty and Avanti are spinner dolphins who wear hats. When they aren't wearing their hats, it's impossible to tell the three apart.[1] All three speak with the Osaka dialect.
In Sonic Wings Special and Limited, Acty and Avanti appear in Whity's 2P ending with Lord River-n-White and Pictus, if the final stage is Bermuda or Mars. Whity says that he'll leave the oceans in his brothers' care. However, when River-n-White refers to the dolphins as "the three defenders of the ocean," Acty retorts that they'll control the seas as well as protect them. This echoes some of Whity's comments in other scenes where he talks about dominating the world.

At age 4, Acty is the oldest of the brothers, and he wears a Hanshin Tigers baseball cap, as he's a fan of the team. He has a similar personality to Whity and is "a crazy guy."
Also like Whity, Acty is named for a department store, specifically the Acty Osaka building in the Osaka railway station. In Aero Fighters Special, the English-language version of Sonic Wings Limited, he is named Blacky.
Avanti[]
Avanti is the youngest brother at age 2. He wears a hat like Kuidaore Taro, a mascot character of Osaka.
He is named for an underground shopping center in the Namba district of Osaka. In Aero Fighters Special, he is named Bluey.
