Chuck is the youngest fighter in the game and one of the nicest, encouraging his defeated opponents with "I know you can do better than that!" He possibly possesses powers of ESP.[1]
Chuck has been studying Qigong since he was a child. Due to his rigorous training, he seems to have become a bit of a grown-up child. Perhaps because he used to run around in the mountains and fields, animals quickly become attached to him.[2]
