Chung is an old, one-eyed Chinese man who is among the most-skilled of the fighters, declaring that they are "a step shy" of beating him. He is famous among martial artists, and while he is a good person, he is ruthless in battle.[1]
Although he has been acting carefree and absent-minded lately, he used to be called the Grim Reaper and was feared for leaving every opponent he fought unable to recover. He apparently has a twin brother who was separated from him at a young age.[2]
