The Golem Head is a giant stone humanoid head with pointed ears with its neck sitting on the ground. The Tapeworm emerges from the head's mouth.
A golem is a figure from Jewish folklore, usually in a humanoid shape created from clay or mud, then animated via a magical ritual. In the tales, golems were typically created to perform physical labor and, similar to modern-day robots, were not sentient and could only follow orders given to them by humans. However, in some stories, golems rebelled and acted on their own.
Rabio Lepus[]
Stage: Stage 8 (Asteroid)
Here made out of a dark stone, the Golem Head guards the kidnapped king of Bunnyland. The head attacks by shooting fireballs, but the Tapeworm emerges from its mouth and attacks the player as well. The Golem Head's weak spot is its open mouth, which must be fired at in order to defeat it.
Rabio Lepus Special[]
Stage: Stage 2 (Asteroid Base)
The Golem Head assumes the same role and method of attack as in Rabio Lepus, but it is made of a lighter colored stone that is already badly cracked, and its ears are not visible. The Tapeworm, however, looks the same. Although two Tapeworms attack in the boss rush near the end of the game, the Golem Head itself only appears on the Asteroid Base.
