This monstrous being is the last boss encountered in the game, found at the American nuclear base where the Hildroid are preparing to launch a devastating missile. The monster is composed of various human body parts-- arms, legs, trunks, and heads-- along with giant eyeballs, teeth, and what even appears to be a baby or fetus (right side). It takes a vaguely humanoid shape with two "arms" composed of these assorted parts and a "head" whose face is a single eyeball. It is similar to the Egypt boss, the Eye Monster.
When attacked, the Hildroid monster first loses its arms, then its head. After it is defeated, Captain Waffle destroys the single Hildroid controlling the base.
